Outpatient Services & Procedures: "There's something about that one-on-one here. Even as an outpatient, they make a point to get to know you the minute you walk in the door. It's small enough here that you know them all by name, yet they're all very professional. You can tell they genuinely want to help you. They have really good communication. They make you feel so relaxed and comfortable that you can talk to them about your pain and not be embarrassed.
